I have experience on coaching engineers and engineering mangers. The biggest challenge for me has been to coach people that coach people. To make sure that my tech vision and strategy would employ in second degree without having direct access to the engineers requires an entirely different type of leadership. But I have learned some things, and continue to learn each day, mindset, techniques and strategies that I happily share with you.
